Hello, we are the B4B Collection, a unique collection of Hotels, Residences & Villas.

Despite the fact that our standards to join B4B are high we do not charge any entrance fees at the moment in case you are paying for our Technology.

If you want to join B4B without our Technology (use your preffered CRS, IBE & Channel Manager) then we charge a small yearly Marketing fee for joining the collection + commision per confirmed booking.

Yes, it is free to join the B4B Collection of boutique Hotels, Residences & Villas if you use our Tech Systems.

We charge a small setup (paid once) & a yearly fee depending on the property type & number of rooms. This covers our technology & distribution costs & system maintance.

These fees are similar to those you would pay anyway to any other tech providors of CRS, Booking Engine & Channel Manager.

We get paid a commision which is based on confirmed reservations only, therefore there is no risk.

We only get paid after guests have checked out and you have been paid first.

We do offer extra services on demand such as:

• Full Hotel Management,
• Operations Management
• Reservations Management
• Guarantee income through Rent / Property Leasing
